Replacement is delivered to you

We'll arrange for the replacement vehicle to be delivered to you when your repair date comes about. This will be at any location that's convenient for you.

Your vehicle is then collected

When delivering the replacement vehicle to you, our driver will collect your vehicle. We’ll then take this to the repair centre, so you don’t have to. This is our way of further reducing the inconvenience of the non-fault accident.
