    These are to confirm identity, ensure driving licence is valid, and check for any points, penalties or convictions on the driving licence. The checks will also confirm that you can legally drive, and can be insured on our hire vehicle insurance.

    • The vehicle is taxed

    Confirming case acceptance

    Once all checks are finalised and everything is in order, we will notify you to confirm the case acceptance. This means that we can now begin to process your claim against the at-fault driver’s insurance.
