Non-GTA Recoveries Manager
Courtney Dagnall joined Auto Claims Assist in 2021.
She brings broad experience across credit hire and recoveries, with a background that spans legal support, insurer-facing claims handling, negotiation, and complex case investigation.
Her earlier roles included time at Knights Law Solicitors, where she supported settlement negotiations and client communication, followed by several years at Keoghs LLP working on Non-GTA claims from the defendant side. This gave her a strong understanding of credit hire from an insurer perspective, including cost control, SLAs, and settlement strategy.
Alongside this, Courtney also gained experience in counter-fraud work, assisting with the investigation of litigated cases involving alleged organised fraud. This added a further layer to her understanding of evidence, liability, and risk within recovery cases.
In her role as Non-GTA Recoveries Manager, Courtney is responsible for the day-to-day handling of Non-GTA recovery cases. She manages a small caseload alongside oversight of ongoing matters, maintaining regular contact with clients, insurers, and solicitors to keep claims progressing efficiently and toward resolution.
