    Holly has over 25 years’ experience across the personal injury and accident management sectors, with a particular specialism in claims recoveries and third-party insurer negotiations. Since joining Auto Claims Assist in 2009, she has led the Recoveries Team, overseeing the final stage of the claims process and ensuring costs are successfully recovered.

    Her career is grounded in business development and client care. Through her work with several major solicitor firms, Holly developed a strong understanding of both the legal and operational aspects of claims handling. This experience allows her to navigate the challenges that arise when insurers are reluctant to settle, while maintaining a clear focus on client outcomes.

    A key part of Holly’s background involves managing the human aspects of the claims process. She has built long-standing relationships with referral partners and clients, many of whom continue to seek her advice. This perspective enables her to recognise the impact a non-fault accident can have on individuals and to prioritise a clear and transparent claims journey.

    At Auto Claims Assist, Holly is responsible for the performance and culture of the Recoveries department. She promotes a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to contribute ideas and take ownership of their work, supporting efficient cost recovery while reducing stress for clients throughout the process.

    Holly reviews and approves content relating to the recovery of claim costs, insurer communications, and customer service standards. Her reviews focus on ensuring information is easy for drivers to understand, factually accurate regarding the recovery process, and aligned with the latest industry standards for settling non-fault claims.

    Outside of work, Holly loves travelling and spending quality time with her grandson and her three cats.
