More about me
Chris founded Auto Claims Assist in 2009 with a mission to fix what he saw as a broken system. Having experienced the complexities and lack of support in the traditional insurance process, he saw a clear need for a service that put the driver’s needs first. Since then, he has guided the business from its early days into a leading nationwide accident management company that has helped thousands of drivers get back on the road.
Before founding the company, Chris held directorships in the vehicle rental and motor trade industries, where he developed a deep understanding of fleet logistics and customer service.
Chris is driven by a fiery passion for fairness. He believes it is unfair for a non-fault driver to be "out of pocket" after an accident, whether through paying a policy excess, or risking their no-claims bonus and increased premiums. He is a vocal advocate for increasing the awareness of the options available to non-fault drivers, so they can receive a truly fair outcome that protects their finances and their mobility.
This commitment to fairness extends to how the company presents itself to the public. Chris values the company website as a high-authority resource that must reflect the same deep expertise found within his specialist teams. By providing the core industry knowledge for the platform, he ensures it remains a high-trust resource that empowers drivers to make informed, practical decisions during a stressful time.
Chris reviews and approves content relating to the strategic direction of the claims industry, credit hire regulations, and company-wide service standards. He is particularly focused on digital authority and consumer education, ensuring that all content published by Auto Claims Assist meets the highest standards of accuracy to help drivers make informed decisions about their rights.
