New Business Advisor
Rebecca Waterhouse joined Auto Claims Assist in 2019 as part of the New Business team.
She supports clients at the very start of their claim, helping them understand the process and gathering the right information to move things forward. Rebecca reviews evidence, establishes the foundations of each case, and works closely with other teams to ensure claims are set up clearly and accurately from the outset.
Her background includes experience within a solicitor’s firm, where she handled new claims and early case progression. This gives her a strong understanding of how early decisions and evidence can shape how a claim runs further down the line.
