Michaela Parry leads the people and HR side of Auto Claims Assist.
She joined the business in November 2015 and has supported the team through all aspects of employee relations, workplace structure, and people management.
Her background is in HR and employee relations, with experience handling sensitive situations, managing performance, and ensuring the business operates fairly and consistently.
In her current role, Michaela oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes. She works closely with senior management and legal teams to keep policies compliant with employment law, acts as the main point of contact for employee queries, and maintains confidential records and HR audits. She also uses feedback from exit interviews to help improve retention and reduce compliance risk.
