    In her current role, Michaela oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes. She works closely with senior management and legal teams to keep policies compliant with employment law, acts as the main point of contact for employee queries, and maintains confidential records and HR audits. She also uses feedback from exit interviews to help improve retention and reduce compliance risk.
