IT Manager
Mark Andrews joined Auto Claims Assist in 2021 as the IT Manager.
His career in IT began in 2000, and since then he has worked across a wide range of environments. This includes internal IT support roles early in his career, followed by several years managing IT systems for small and medium-sized businesses as a self-employed consultant. During this time, Mark supported everything from day-to-day user issues through to infrastructure design, security, backups, and system integrations.
That hands-on background has given him a broad and practical understanding of how IT systems need to function in real business environments, balancing reliability, security, and usability.
At Auto Claims Assist, Mark is responsible for the reliability, security, and ongoing development of the company’s in-house IT systems. He develops and maintains internal data systems, builds integrations with external partners, produces reporting to support the running of the business, and ensures systems remain accessible, secure, and well supported for staff.
