Lisa Nathaniel joined Auto Claims Assist in March 2015.
Her career in the claims and legal sector began in 2000, where she developed a strong, hands-on understanding of claims, case handling, and the wider legal process. This included working within a solicitor environment at Thornleys / TPC Solicitors, giving her a clear view of how cases progress from start to finish. That experience gave her a clear view of how cases progress from start to finish and continues to shape the way she approaches her work.
Since joining Auto Claims Assist, Lisa has worked across a number of departments, building a broad understanding of how the business operates and how different teams contribute to the overall claims journey.
In her current role as an Auditor, Lisa supports the business by reviewing cases and processes to help maintain consistent standards across the claims journey. Her experience allows her to understand the context behind decisions and provide practical feedback that supports quality and compliance.
