Before joining Auto Claims Assist, Leigh worked as a Legal Assistant at Bott and Co Solicitors, supporting a Solicitor handling fast track and multi-track cases. Her role involved regular client communication, arranging specialist appointments, and drafting court documents, giving her a strong understanding of legal processes and how cases progress through the system.
At Auto Claims Assist, Leigh works as a Recoveries Negotiator, focusing on recovering outstanding hire charges from third-party insurers once a client’s vehicle has been repaired or a total loss settlement has been paid. Her work helps bring each claim to a clear and timely conclusion.
