He supports people who have been involved in a non-fault accident, acting as an early point of contact and helping them understand their options. Josh takes initial details, establishes liability, and helps get things moving quickly, including arranging vehicle repairs and hire where needed.
A key part of Josh’s role is making the process feel straightforward and stress-free for clients. He focuses on clear communication and fair outcomes, helping people access the right support without feeling pressured or taken advantage of.
