Jess Kirkbride plays a key role in maintaining quality and developing people at Auto Claims Assist.
She joined the business in 2017 and has since worked across every stage of the claims journey, building a detailed understanding of how claims progress from first contact through to settlement and recovery. Her experience spans new claims, fleet, engineering and repairs, live hire monitoring, and recoveries.
Jess began her career in claims in 2014, working within solicitor and accident management environments. Her background includes roles with Hughes Walker Solicitors, HBB Accident Management, Sheldon Davidson Solicitors, and Keoghs Solicitors, where she gained experience across new claims handling, live hire monitoring, and third-party insurer work.
In her current role as Auditor and Trainer, Jess reviews claim quality and supports staff development across the business. She works closely with teams to share practical knowledge, identify issues early, and help ensure claims run smoothly and efficiently while achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
