He is often the first point of contact for people getting in touch after an accident, taking time to understand what’s happened and whether Auto Claims Assist can help.
James assesses the circumstances of each case, establishes liability, and helps get things moving by instructing the fleet team for a replacement vehicle and arranging engineering inspections where needed.
A key part of James’s role is identifying the right evidence to support a client’s claim. He takes particular satisfaction in securing liability or uncovering information that strengthens a client’s position and helps their case progress.
