Head of Recoveries
Holly Moorcroft has been part of Auto Claims Assist since the business was established in 2009.
Her background is in claims-led business development, built through many years working closely with clients, referral partners, and legal teams. This includes experience with firms such as Jefferies Solicitors, JCA Solicitors, TPC Solicitors, and Woodward Solicitors, where she developed a strong understanding of how claims progress, how disputes with insurers arise, and the importance of long-term client relationships. Many of those relationships continue to this day.
At Auto Claims Assist, Holly is responsible for the Recoveries function, overseeing the recovery of outlay from third-party insurers by pursuing claims against the at-fault policy.
She supports the team in securing outcomes for clients while maintaining a clear focus on consistency, fairness, and reducing stress for those going through the claims process.
