Carol Archbold joined Auto Claims Assist in April 2024, taking on the role of Call Quality Assurance Auditor.
She brings over a decade of experience across operational leadership and auditing within the automotive and claims sectors.
Her background includes senior management experience at Britannia Motors, where she led customer-facing operations within the automotive industry. She also gained specialist call auditing experience with TCST Ltd (affiliated with Gladstone Brookes Ltd) in regulated call centre environments.
This combination gives Carol a strong understanding of both customer expectations and advisor responsibilities.
In her role at Auto Claims Assist, Carol focuses on maintaining high standards across the customer journey. She ensures customers receive fair, accurate, and consistent outcomes, while also supporting advisors to work confidently within procedures and policies. She takes pride in improving quality, strengthening compliance, and contributing to the smooth and effective running of the business.
