Kelly Davies joined Auto Claims Assist in January 2023 as a New Business Advisor.
In her role, Kelly manages inbound enquiries from clients involved in road traffic accidents. Her responsibilities include qualifying leads through thorough accident assessments and confirming eligibility for non-fault services.
She is responsible for gathering key evidence to support claims from the first point of contact and delivers high-quality customer service while working to meet performance and conversion targets.
Kelly enjoys the fast-paced nature of her role and the opportunity to help people in difficult situations. She values assisting other staff to reach their potential and ensures that claims run as smoothly and quickly as possible to achieve the best results for her clients.
