She works within the repairs function, supporting clients through the early stages of their vehicle damage claim. Her role focuses on gathering evidence, liaising with third-party insurers, and ensuring claims are accepted so they can move forward without delay.
Abbie also monitors repairs from start to finish, keeping a close eye on progress and making sure clients are kept informed and supported throughout the process. She takes pride in helping make what can be a stressful situation feel clearer and more manageable for clients.
