What if the accident was my fault?
Unfortunately, we only deal with non fault claims. Should you be at fault, we recommend you contact your own insurance company.
Must I use my insurers recommend repairer?
No, the choice of repairer remains yours.
Why should I not simply rely on my own insurers to handle the claim?
You will probably have to pay your excess amount before repairs are carried out and could wait months before you can reclaim it. Both insurance companies must accept that you are completely blameless for you to receive the whole amount back. What’s more, your premiums could be affected and you might lose your no-claims bonus.
Why should I not go direct to the insurance company of the driver who hit my vehicle?
We recommend against this as they will try to reduce their loss so may provide you with a replacement vehicle which is inferior to your own. Also, any repair work may not uphold the same standard as our own.
What if I have been injured in the accident?
We can recommend one of our panel Solicitors to act on your behalf in the recovery of all losses following your non fault accident.
Can you supply me with a van?
Yes, we have a comprehensive fleet of hire vehicles, suitable to your needs.
I drive a company car, can you still help me?
Yes, we can act on your/your company’s behalf along with any passengers.
How much does all this cost?
We complete a free no obligation claims review before acceptance. On completion of a successful claim, hire costs are claimed back from the at-fault party.
